Payment in full must be made prior to the buyer taking possession of puppy. All payments made prior to the posession must clear our bank prior to the puppy being released. Final payment may be paid when the buyer picks up the puppy. Cash, credit card, or application payment method.
Health Guarantee:
The seller guarantees that upon purchase, the puppy has been examined by a veterinarian, and appears to be in good health and has received age appropriate immunizations and worming, as stated in the accompanying health certificate.
Limited Warranty:
Buyer is strongly advised to take the puppy to their veterinarian for a Well Health Exam, at the buyer’s expense, within 48 hours of purchase. If in the opinion of the buyer’s veterinarian, there is a problem with the puppy at the time, that is, or could be life threatening, the buyer will obtain and furnish to the seller a veterinarian’s official letter explaining the diagnosis and the prognosis. If this is the case, Seller will provide the buyer with another puppy of equal value. If the seller has no available replacement puppies, the seller will reimburse the purchase price of the puppy. The puppy must be returned to the seller immediately. If death to the puppy occurs, an autopsy report must be given to the seller. The seller is not responsible for any shipping charges. Seller reserves the right to have a puppy re-examined by their veterinarian at the Seller’s cost. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related minor condition is not covered.
Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration, or any other heat related illness is not covered. Puppy should be kept indoors. The seller makes no warranty as to size, eye, or coat color of the puppy when full grown. No warranty is given to the buyer for special purpose or function of this puppy. The seller does not warrant the puppy to be free of common problems such as diarrhea(normally caused by stressors), or separation anxiety, Coccidious, or parasites. Te seller cannot be held responsible for veterinary bills or services once the puppy is release to the buyer. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease after 48 hours from the time of purchase. The death, injury, or loss of puppy due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat related illness, or accident does not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller. Buyers’ failure to have the puppy properly examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours voids this warranty.
The Buyers Responsibility:
The Buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy. Buyer agrees to feed and house the puppy in an acceptable location. Buyer agrees to control the puppy on a leash or harness while in public. The puppy’s outdoor area should be fenced and secure to ensure the puppy’s safety. Buyer agrees to give the puppy proper physical and emotional care, and to provide basic training and socialization.
Registration :
At the time of sale, the Seller has furnished the Buyer with the proper AKC American Kennel Club registration application. The Buyer agrees to register the puppy, with the AKC, within 90 days of purchase, at the Buyer’s expense. Proof of registration will be notated on the AKC listing of the Sire and Dam.
Vaccinations:
Your puppy has been started on vaccinations. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to keep all vaccinations and preventative medication up to date for the puppy.
First Right to Refusal:
In the event that the Seller is unable to maintain possession of the puppy, for any reason, the buyer agrees to offer the seller the first chance to retain possession of the puppy. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances is the puppy to be sold to a pet store, laboratory, research facility, or surrendered to an animal shelter, pound, or offered for free to a private individual.
All sales are final.
Any changes to this two-page contract must be documented and signed by both parties. This contract is a legal binding contract and may be enforced by legal means at the Buyer’s expense. All disputes will be handled in Montgomery County, Texas. The parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this contract by signing below:
